15.6" Chromebook

I bought this exactly a week ago from HSN(Home Shopping Network). I just got it my USPS today. Transferred from UPS. I really like it! Good computer! Keep up the good work!

BUYER BEWARE!!! The craptop is about 5 months old and the new Gateway AKA ESI Enterprises has told me that We will send out a replacement device for the cost of $245.00. And the defective device does not need to be sent to us. Please let us know if you wish to purchase a replacement laptop. This is what happens when you buy from Gateway now! The laptop was purchased from Walmart in December for my daughter's Christmas present to use for school. The craptop has NEVER had the battery working and now will NOT power on at ALL with the power cord. It has been used less than 10 times and Gateway tells you in one conversation AFTER you provide them with the serial # that it IS under warranty but in the later conversation after sending in the receipt a video of the problem and all required pictures that they do NOT warranty this laptop because it was sold by a not authorized seller when it was purchased through Walmart! Buy from a reputable manufacturer that stands behind their product!!! The new Gateway is a company named ESI Enterprises and IS NOT THE GATEWAY that it used to be but someone who bought the name!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! It is NOT the Gateway that was reputable and set standards in the PC world when the company began!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

UPS literally just dropped this at my door…. Very easy so far to set it up so far…. Already arguing about who is gonna use it 1st….

I purchased this several weeks ago and received fantastic Support whenever i needed it from Gateway.
