Run don't even think about buying a laptop from Gateway. I have owned for 1 day and nothing works! What's worse no phone support no email support no live chat support just this ridiculous message system which is not even a live person. No wonder I never see this brand around anymore it's garbage! There are probably a pile left over from back in the day that never sold so they gave them to sams and walmart to sell after all their customer service sucks already sp gateway won't have to change anything. I normally give it much more thought when purchasing new laptop but I was in sams the irony complaining what morons their customer service is when I grabbed a new laptop on the way out door. There is bad to non existent customer service at sans so to see same at gateway I'm not surprised! I will be returning this garbage tomorrow!

I've had this laptop for over 2 years and I love it. To be fair I don't move it around a lot. It sits on my desk connected to an external monitor most of the time. But I have had 0 issues with it after heavy use for over 2 years. I came here looking for a link to get another power supply and saw all the bad reviews and just had to write a positive one because I love it that much. Doesn't hurt that it's available in pink. :)

I've had my gateway gwtn156-1bl for 5 years and finally stopped working and won't come back on but I definitely got my money out of it bought it new when it had just came out was 850.00 back then but was the best laptop you could buy now gonna find a computer guy to fix it or may just buy something new thanks for the 5 years you gave me

Good quality laptop with good specs for the price. Couldn't find any other laptop brand with a lower price. The trackpad could be improved but overall every feature of the laptop is well rounded.
