15.6" FHD Ultra Slim Notebook

I bought this laptop 7 months ago and when I set it up it was okay but when I went to bed and put it on the charger and woke up I tried to get on it but it would just show a blank lit up screen and if I want it to come on I have to plug it up but when I do it still show a blank lit up screen my email is [****]

After a clean windows install I lost audio drivers and all the links are expired.

I purchased the 156-11bk model of this through Walmart in june of 2022. Worked great at first. Then around july of last year (2023) I started having issues with the buttons on the mousepad sticking and then the mousepad got really touchy. Now I can have it plugged in to charge and i feel lucky if it actually charges. I wasn’t one of the lucky people who got to upgrade windows for free. On the chance that it does charge my battery only lasts for a few hours before I have to plug it back in. I purchased this when I started my business because I need to be able to be mobile. At this point I have to pre-cut all my materials before I can go to a location which doesn’t help my bottom line at all.

Do not buy from Gateway. My computer died just over a year. I spent a lot of money on it. I tried to get support but they just ignore you. Chat calls emails are not returned. Walmart gave me their contact number and it went to someone at homeland security. Do not buy!

Bought this computer in March 2023 in Nov. 2023 is failed to power up. Green light came on screen remained black. While it worked there was a lot of annoying pushing by Microsoft to activate or buy more stuff.
